Chi Chapter, Pennsylvania, of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International is located in southeastern Pennsylvania, in the heart of Amish country. Chi Chapter represents seventeen public school districts, two private schools, four colleges, Intermediate Unit 13, S. June Smith Center and the Department of Education, for a total of seventy-seven active members, two reserve members, four buddy members and one collegiate member. The theme for the 2022-2024 biennium is "Soar."

Purposes
To unite women educators of the world in a genuine spiritual fellowship
To honor women who have given or who evidence a potential for distinctive service in any field of education
To advance the professional interest and position of women in education
To initiate, endorse and support desirable legislation in the interest of education and of women educators
To endow scholarships to aid outstanding women educators in pursuing graduate study and to grant fellowships to non-member women educators
To stimulate the personal and professional growth of members and to encourage their participation in appropriate programs of action
To inform the membership of current economic, social, political and educational issues to the end that they may become intelligent, functioning members of a world society
